On being bold

On being bold

What will it take, Kristina, to allow yourself to stand out from the crowd, to soak up the spotlight, to finally be seen for the powerful leader your are?

What will it take, Kristina, to stop being so vanilla, to stand up for what you believe, to finally be the voice for those that have no way of speaking out?

What will it take, Kristina, to be bold in your words, to stand firm in your work, to shake things up so that others have permission to do the same?

Let go.

Of being right.
Of being wrong.
Of being judged.
Of looking stupid.

Let go.

Of the fear pursing your lips.
Of the anxiety sitting in the pit of your stomach.
Of the lack of worthiness surrounding your decisions.
Of the need to look like you have your shit together.

Say it. What you believe. What you feel.

Repeat it. Again and again.

Be bold. Be courageous. Be uncomfortable.

It is not your responsibility to keep others safe. To keep them from being triggered. To feed their numbness.

This is your awakening. Your first breath of reality. Your homecoming.

There is no time for being meek. Or weak. Or neutral.

It's time to be bold.

You are here for big things.

Start acting like it.

Be bold. Be courageous. Be uncomfortable.

Be you.

It's all you can ever be.
